TPD Makes Arrests in Two Commercial Burglaries

The quick response of Tallahassee Police Department patrol officers to several commercial burglaries early Tuesday morning, October 2, 2018, led to two arrests. Officers responded to People South Bank located at 2721 Capital Circle Northeast and SAM, LLC located at 2844 Pablo Avenue within a similar time frame. Officers responding to the burglary at SAM, LLC located the two suspects inside the business. The suspects tried to flee from the officers but were arrested after a short foot pursuit.
Probable cause was developed to charge Reginald Wilson and Tylevin Wilson with two counts of burglary, possession of burglary tools and resisting an officer without violence. Reginald Wilson was transported to the Leon County Detention Facility and Tylevin Wilson was transported to the Juvenile Assessment Center (JAC) for processing.

Charges:
2 counts-Burglary of an Unoccupied Structure pursuant to Florida Statute 810.02(4)(a).
Possession of Burglary Tools pursuant to Florida Statute 810.06.
Resisting an Officer Without Violence pursuant to Florida Statute 843.02.
