Runway Rewards Promotion
Sign up to win when you visit the Tallahassee Regional Airport (TLH). All airport visitors, 18 years or older, are eligible to register at a Runway Rewards kiosk for monthly prizes worth up to $1,000 and a final grand prize worth up to $5,000. Entrants may submit one entry per person, per month. All entrants will be included, one time only, in the Grand Prize Drawing. Prizes to be awarded range from gift certificates from merchants providing goods and services within the Airport's market area to airline tickets, vouchers and/or other coupons. The grand prize give away will be a vacation for two that includes travel and accommodations---destination TBA. The Sponsor
The Sponsor is any business, organization or other entity providing prizes in the form of gift certificates, airline vouchers, and/or coupons to be given away through drawings associated with the Promotion.
Eligibility
The prize drawings are open to visitors to the Tallahassee Regional Airport who are at least 18 years old. Entries may be submitted via designated computer terminals located post security.
Promotion Period
The Promotion Period will begin on or before June 5, 2009 and end on November 30, 2009. The promotion will include monthly drawings, with a final Grand Prize Drawing to be held at the end of the Promotion Period. The Promotion Period shall end promptly at 5:00 p.m. EST on November 30, 2009 and no further entries shall be accepted. The final grand prize will be drawn following the end of the Promotion Period and shall be announced within 30 days following the end of the Promotion Period.
Prizes
There will be six (6) separate drawings, one occurring each month during the Promotion Period. The Prizes will be awarded as follows:
- Five (5) Monthly Drawings, value for each not to exceed $1,000
- One (1) Grand Prize Drawing, value not to exceed $5,000
The total value of all Prizes awarded during the Promotion Period shall not exceed $10,000. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and must be accepted as awarded.
Validity of Entries
Entries for the prize drawings will be those entries received between the first day of the Promotion Period and the last day of the Promotion Period, as outlined more specifically above. All visitors (18 years and older) are eligible to enter each Monthly Drawing once. All visitors entering one of the Monthly Drawings, shall have their name included one time only in the Final Grand Prize Drawing. All prizes shall be mailed directly to the winners at the address provided.
Draws
The drawings will take place randomly by a designee of the Director of Aviation on the first business day following the end of each month during the Promotion Period. Only one (1) entry per individual will be included in the Final Grand Prize Drawing.
Publicity
The winners may be announced on the flytallahassee.com website following each drawing and may remain posted for no longer than 30 days following the end of the Promotion Period. The winners' names may also be published in the CapitalAir quarterly newsletter for up to 90 days following the end of the Promotion Period. The Winner of the Grand Prize Drawing may be asked to participate in publicity. By accepting the Grand Prize, the winner grants to the Promoter the right to use his or her name and likeness and document the fact that they have won a prize for any lawful purpose, without any further permission or compensation, except where prohibited by law. Winners may also be announced on WCTV television station as a part of the Promotion.
Notification and Unclaimed Prizes
Winners will be notified and informed regarding prize winnings by email, phone and/or in writing. All prizes will be mailed directly to winners in the form of gift certificates, airline vouchers, and/or coupons from the Airport's regional market area.
Liability
Promoter is not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, mechanically reproduced, mis-delivered, incomplete, illegible, or unintelligible entries, messages or post; unavailable network connections; failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmission; on line failures; hardware software or other technical malfunctions or disturbances; or any other communications failures or circumstances affecting, disrupting or corrupting the prize draw in any manner including without limitation, receipt of entries, entrance ability to participate in the prize draw winner notification, or winner response to notification. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for prizes that may be lost or otherwise destroyed during the shipment process.
Jurisdiction
The laws of the state of Florida and the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts exercising jurisdiction there shall govern these Official Rules.
Privacy
The Promoter shall use information provided on the entry forms for no other purpose than described herein to:
- Provide e-mail, phone and/or written notice to winners regarding their prize acceptance, distribution and/or to provide information and promotional opportunities to Entrants.
The Promoter shall not provide the entrants' contact information to any third party.
Terms and Conditions of Prizes
The terms and conditions of gift cards, vouchers, or coupons apply to all prizes awarded in connection with the Promotion. Winners must comply with individual terms and conditions of the prizes received on behalf of the prize Sponsors. Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and other fees associated with prize receipt and use. No substitution, assignment or transfer of prizes is permitted.
General Conditions
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Promotion.
Release of Liability
By receipt of any prize in connection with this Promotion, each winner agrees to release, indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsors, Promoter, their respective related companies, franchisees, and each of their respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Promotion or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.
