I am a spayed female & I look like a American Staffordshire Terrier mix
The shelter staff think I am 1 year old.
I'm Pippa, and I came in with my sister Kate! We are about 36lbs each. We were surrendered with another sister, Dixie and our mom when our owner could no longer continue to care for us. He said that we are active, playful and friendly but we are really pretty stressed and anxious here at the shelter. We've never known to live in a home and to be loved by people, so we are getting glimpses of that here with the soft beds, tasty treats and the volunteers who love on us. We also play in playgroups here at the shelter with other dogs and it makes us feel a bit better. We are looking for separate homes as we are eager to bond with new owners and want to stop relying on each other for emotional support although we would love to be adopted into a home with another dog friend! If you are patient, positive and delighted to watch us blossom, adopt one of us today - you won't regret it!
