Alert Female Reports Incident

This morning, at approximately 8:40AM, the Tallahassee Police Department responded to a reported suspicious incident at 1801 Hermitage Boulevard (Hermitage Centre). Upon arrival, officers discovered that a female employee was walking through the parking lot picking up litter. The female walked near a small blue vehicle that was parked near the southeast portion of the office complex. According to the female, the driver of the blue vehicle opened the passenger door and stated, “Get in the car and lay down.” The alert female immediately ran back to the office building and reported the incident.
Investigators continue follow up on the case and are asking for the public's assistance in locating a vehicle of interest. Attached is a surveillance photo obtained from building security. Suspect Description: White male, 50-60 years of age, with medium length salt/pepper hair.
Suspect Vehicle: Small blue older vehicle, possibly an import such as a Datsun or Toyota. The vehicle's rear bumper has a noticeable dent.
