Greater Frenchtown/Southside Strategic Investment Plan

To further focus efforts and meet the community’s stated priorities for the Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) Greater Frenchtown/Southside (GFS) district, the CRA updated and is seeking feedback on the draft GFS Strategic Investment Plan.

The investment plan, which was prepared through community input and reviewed by the GFS District Citizens’ Advisory Committee, provides a path toward meeting six of the district’s priorities. The priority areas addressed in the draft investment plan are Economic Development, Impact on Poverty, Public Safety, Public Infrastructure, and Public Trust and Organizational Effectiveness.
