Brain-Body Balance Stretch and Relaxation Class

Movements assist with balance, memory, self-esteem, and energy levels. Activity consists of easy postures and exercises that emphasize positive attitudes and noticing of one's own ability to connect and balance through movement.

Writers gather to compose and share works ranging from brilliance to simple beauty. Class members select a topic to write about and then share aloud if they wish. New writers of all levels always welcome.

Heritage Oaks is located in the Killearn community north of downtown Tallahassee and also north of I-10. From I-10 proceed north on Thomasville Road (also known as State Road 319) for 3 miles to the traffic light at the intersection of Kerry Forest Parkway and Thomasville Road. Turn right (east) on Kerry Forest Parkway, which will end at a traffic circle at its intersection with Shannon Lakes Blvd. Heritage Oaks is directly across the traffic circle at this intersection.
