PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT IF A PERSON DECIDES TO APPEAL ANY DECISION MADE BY THE CITY OF TALLAHASSEE WITH RESPECT TO ANY MATTER CONSIDERED AT A "TYPE A," DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE, BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT AND APPEALS, ENVIRONMENTAL VARIANCE BOARD OR ENVIRONMENTAL APPEAL BOARD MEETING, SUCH PERSON WILL NEED A RECORD OF THESE PROCEEDINGS, AND FOR THIS PURPOSE SUCH PERSON MAY NEED TO ENSURE THAT A VERBATIM RECORD OF THE PROCEEDINGS IS MADE, WHICH RECORD INDICATES THE TESTIMONY AND EVIDENCE UPON WHICH THE APPEAL IS TO BE BASED.
