Online Enrollment - Current City Employees Only
The 2017 Annual Employee Benefits Enrollment has ended.
- All elections are final and will remain in effect from January 1, 2017 through December 31, 2017, unless you experience a change in status as defined by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) regulations.
- New deductions will appear on the January 13, 2017 paycheck.*
* Enrollments and increases in coverage for Employee/Spouse Life and Long Term Disability deductions will not be taken until the City is notified by the insurance carrier of approval of coverage.
- All forms are due back by December 31, 2016.
