Annual Deck the Halls Event Returns Nov. 30
November 28, 2018
On the eve of Winter Festival, Tallahassee's annual holiday celebration, another festively fun event occurs – Deck the Halls. Each year, Tallahassee Senior Services transforms the Senior Center into a winter wonderland full of food, holiday martinis, music, complimentary valet, good cheer and even better company. All the seasonal fun begins at 6:30 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 30, at the Tallahassee Senior Center, located at 1400 N. Monroe Street.
As guests walk in, they will be greeted with holiday tunes, courtesy of Jazz Etcetera, as well as delectable goodies and tasty martinis. This feast for the senses is sure to put guests in the mood to participate in the ever-popular, silent auction.
The silent auction offers a mixture of adventure, pampering and more. Over 150 items for a variety of budgets is up for bid.
Additionally, the $500 cash giveaway is back again this year. Tickets are one for $5 or three for $10, and you do not have to be present at the time of the drawing to win.
Tickets for Deck the Halls are on sale and cost $45 each. Discounts are available for groups of 6, 8 and 10. It's the perfect reason to round up your friends and partake in holiday fun – with the added benefit of zero clean up!
