Hilaman is a par 72, eighteen hole golf course located on Blair Stone Road in the heart of Tallahassee. Formerly Winewood Country Club, the golf course was purchased by the City of Tallahassee in December of 1981 and in 1999 Hilaman Park completed the renovation of all greens, tees and bunkers. Named for former City Commissioner Sheldon "Shad" Hilaman, the park offers other amenities such as tennis courts, driving range, 19th Hole snack bar, and golf pro shop.
