Mahan Drive Corridor Management Study
The Land Use Element of the Tallahassee-Leon County Comprehensive Plan and the Leon County Land Development Code will need to be modified to recognize the special character of the Mahan Drive Corridor, and as such, the County will need to adopt policies and regulations that discourage urban sprawl, preserve the residential character of the Mahan Drive Corridor, encourage multi-modal transportation opportunities, as well as provide infrastructure facilities and services to the area. To implement these objectives, the Mahan Drive Corridor Management Plan has been developed in order to achieve the community's values and goals as established.
