D. PUBLIC HEARING REZONING:
- City of Tallahassee: First and Only Public Hearing on Ordinance No. 14-Z-30; Proposed Amendment to the Albertson's Planned Unit Development (PUD).
Recommendation: Find the proposed Ordinance 14-Z-30 consistent with the Comprehensive Plan and recommend that the City Commission adopt Ordinance No. 14-Z-30; thereby amending the Albertson's Planned Unit Development (PUD) zoning district, based on the findings and conditions of the Development Review Committee, the information contained in the staff report and evidence presented at the hearing hereon.

- City of Tallahassee: First and Only Public Hearing on Ordinance No. 14-Z-32; Proposed Amendment of the Official Zoning Map to Change the Zoning Classification from the Leon County Residential Preservation (RP) Zoning District to the City of Tallahassee Residential Preservation-2 (RP-2) Zoning District.
Recommendation: Recommend that the City Commission adopt Ordinance 14-Z-32, thereby amending the Official Zoning Map to change the zoning classification from the Leon County Residential Preservation (RP) zoning district to the City of Tallahassee Residential Preservation-2 (RP-2) zoning district, based on the findings and conditions of the staff report and any evidence presented at the hearing hereon.
