- City of Tallahassee: Hearing on Petition for Quasi-Judicial Proceedings filed on behalf of Petitioner, City of Tallahassee, seeking review of the decision of the Architectural Review Board denying a Certificate of Appropriateness with regard to the installation of Pella Architect Series aluminum-clad wood windows at the Edison Building, located at 1001 S. Gadsden Street, Tallahassee, Florida.
Recommendation: The petitioner has requested a continuance to the January 6, 2015 Planning Commission Meeting.

D. PUBLIC HEARING TEXT AMENDMENTS:
- Leon County: Proposed Ordinance Amending Chapter 10, the Land Development Code, of the Code of Laws of Leon County, Florida, Amending Section 10-6.652, Revising M-1 Light Industrial District Accessory Uses.
Recommendation: Find the proposed ordinance consistent with the Tallahassee-Leon County Comprehensive Plan and recommend that the Board of County Commissioners adopt the proposed Ordinance amending Chapter 10 of the Code of Laws of Leon County, Florida, by Amending Section 10-6.652, Revising M-1 Light Industrial District Accessory Uses, based on the findings of the staff report and evidence submitted at the hearing hereon.
