Getting Started
It's easy.
Explore routes, local destinations, or System Maps for the desired destination and the appropriate route. Schedules and maps are available online. (updated annually).
Ride Guides are available online (PDF) or at C. K. Steele Plaza, and the StarMetro offices on Appleyard Drive. Ride Guides are available in large print, Braille and Spanish upon request.
Be sure to check the nights & Sundays, Saturday and holiday schedules carefully, as services are less frequent during these times. Check StarMetro's operating hours, fares, and rules also.
You will see that your bus route meets all other bus routes downtown at the C.K. Steele Plaza on Tennessee St. This is where you can catch your bus to go to your destination. You can go to any location served by any other route StarMetro offers at no additional cost - just present the transfer you receive when you boarded your first bus. Satellite transfers are also available.
StarMetro is committed to a policy of non-discrimination in the conduct of its operations including its Title VI responsibilities and to the delivery of equitable and accessible transportation services. Download StarMetro's Title VI notice (PDF)
