RAD - Rape Aggression Defense
RAD, (Rape Aggression Defense), is a system of physical self-defense techniques and risk avoidance for women only that teaches you to defend yourself. You will be taught how to recognize and handle dangerous situations through 12 hours of instructions, the last three hours of which will be a voluntary simulation.
This is a fun class offered at no charge by the Tallahassee Police Crime Prevention Unit. All classes will be held at the TFD Fire Station Training Center at 2964 Municipal Way (Corner of Pensacola & Appleyard). While the simulations are voluntary, you must commit to attending all nights of the class. Each class is limited to 12 students. So register now and bring a friend!
