Utility customers wanting to make in-person payments by cash or check have a new option at Authorized Payment Centers located conveniently throughout the city.
When convenience matters most, visit one of over ten City of Tallahassee authorized payment-only locations throughout our service area accepting in person payments for your utility bill.

Only these authorized payment locations will credit payment to your account during the same business day. Hours vary by location, so check the table below for locations and hours. Please bring your City of Tallahassee bill or account number when visiting a payment-only location. Payments made before 4 p.m. Monday through Friday (excludes holidays) will be credited to accounts the same day. All other payments will be credited to your account the next business day.

There are many businesses advertising that they can accept payments for many service providers. City of Tallahassee utility payments made at these unauthorized locations may take up to five days before being received by the City. Please make sure to use an authorized payment location when time matters.
