Solid Waste Services Holiday Schedules
The City of Tallahassee's administrative offices will be closed in observance of the 
Thanksgiving holidays on Thursday and Friday, Nov. 26-27.
GARBAGE / RECYCLING / YARD WASTE (blue week) / BULKY ITEMS (blue week) - during the holiday week, customers will receive service as follows:
- Monday customers - no change in service
- Tuesday customers - no change in service
- Wednesday customers - no change in service
- Thursday customers service on Friday, Nov. 27
- Friday customers service on Saturday, Nov. 28
- NOTE: Saturday bulky item (blue week) customers will remain on Saturday.
Garbage and recycling containers should both be rolled to the curb for pickup by 6:30 am, with both containers returned to the home by nightfall. Customers are reminded to separate yard waste piles from any bulky items set out for pickup. Customers needing more information may view solid waste schedules, or contact City of Tallahassee Utilities at 891-4YOU (4968).
