Description
Low-lying homes around Lake Kinsale, Lake Killarney, and Lake Kanturk have historically flooded. The City provided flood relief to the residences around the three lakes by replacing the bridge culverts under Shannon Lakes East and Shannon Lakes West. In addition to the replacement of these two culverts, the City and Leon County jointly participated in the replacement of the bridge culvert under Centerville Road, downstream of Lake Kanturk.
