Description
The Meginnis Creek Tributary collects stormwater runoff from a 1,500-acre drainage basin generally located between North Monroe Street and the Meginnis Arm portion of Lake Jackson. Yard, structure, and street flooding occur at multiple locations throughout the study area. Flooding has been previously reported at the Econolodge Motel, the Cedars Executive Center, and the Northside Villas Apartments.

The study was completed in the fall of 2004.
