Description

The Regional Stormwater Management Facility (RSF) is a joint project between the City of Tallahassee and Florida State University. The objectives of the RSF are to enhance the environment, to mitigate the impacts of new campus development, and to facilitate retrofitting downtown redevelopment projects. The RSF provides stormwater treatment, attenuation and conveyance improvements for a number of university projects such as the University Center; as well as downtown development and re-development projects such as Kleman Plaza. The facility is located on the former Elberta Box and Crate site, located east of the intersection of Lake Bradford Road and Eppes Drive.
