Description
The 5,300-acre Southeast Sector Planning Study Area was adopted by ordinance by the City of Tallahassee and Leon County as part of local government’s commitment to satisfying the Comprehensive Plan requirements for a plan for development of property within the urban-service area. The purpose of this project was the development of a management plan for accommodating stormwater runoff from future development within the Southeast Sector Planning Study Area and to document the required improvements that must be installed with the initiation of each phase of development within the various drainage basins.
