Online Payment Details
All payments sent before 4:00PM EST will be posted the same day the payment is authorized by Western Union Speedpay. All payments sent after 4:00 PM EST will be posted to your account the next business day.
The City of Tallahassee is using Western Union to provide money transfer payment services for our customers. If you choose to make a payment using Western Union you will be sent to the Western Union secure website. The City of Tallahassee and Western Union will share transaction information to complete the transaction and process your payment to which a money transfer fee is assessed. Western Union is not involved in the collection of your account.
Online Connection, Disconnect and Transfer Details
Western Union provides money transfer payment services for our customers. Connecting your utilities carries a $4.50 service fee, which includes an online verification of personal information. Transfers and disconnects are not subject to any service fees, however, normal connection fees apply to transfers.
Beginning November 12, 2009 new utility customers establishing service will be able to pay deposits over the first three months billing.
Deposits will be billed in three installments in addition to any normal charges on your utility bills.
Connection Fees for new utility customers will be collected at the time of connection if you use the online service.
