Your Own Utilities developed this customer service option for property management companies. We understand how difficult it can be to ensure that your tenants establish utility services. With this in mind, we created a Property Management web site to help you manage this facet of your business. 

This web site is designed for you to easily and quickly access all accounts that are active in your property name or address; or you can simply enter an address and the current active customer name will be displayed. This service will alleviate your and your tenants' need to contact our office for confirmation of utilities. Please complete and submit the enrollment form that is required to establish your access to the site. 

Upon receipt of the completed enrollment form, your account will be established by the end of the following business day. The City of Tallahassee is committed to identifying and providing programs to our customers that ensure your experiences with us are positive and productive.
