"Your Own Utilities" is excited to offer this service to Property Management Companies and Property Managers in our service area. From this site, you will be able to look up your property information and confirm the utilities in your rental units have been transferred to your tenant's name.

There are two different ways to look up information.

Lookup by Account Name - This option will take you the "Management Company Lookup" page. Enter your ID, password, and Account name to access information. Don't have a password, misplaced, or need to change an ID and password? 

Lookup by Property Address - This option will take you to the "Property Manager Lookup" page. Enter your ID, password, and Property Address with ZIP code. You have the option at looking at "Reverted" properties or "all properties" account types.  Don't have a password, misplaced, or need to change an ID and password?
