Pay Your Utility Bill

There are two basic ways to pay your utility bill in person:

  1. Frenchtown Renaissance Center
  2. Authorized Remote Payment Locations



Frenchtown Renaissance Center

Utility bills may be paid at the cashier windows on the first floor of the Frenchtown Renaissance Center during normal business hours.

Utility customers wanting to make in-person payments by cash or check have a new option at Authorized Payment Centers located conveniently throughout the city.

When convenience matters most, visit one of the City of Tallahassee authorized payment-only locations throughout our service area accepting in person payments for your utility bill.

  • No Transaction Fee!

Only these authorized payment locations will credit payment to your account during the same business day. Hours vary by location, so check the table below for locations and hours. Please bring your City of Tallahassee bill or account number when visiting a payment-only location. Payments made before 4 p.m. Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be credited to accounts the same day. All other payments will be credited to your account the next business day.

Remote Pay Locations offer payment-only service. All other customer service needs and inquiries should be requested online or by calling our Utility Customer Service at 891.4YOU (4968).

There are many businesses advertising that they can accept payments for many service providers. City of Tallahassee utility payments made at these unauthorized locations may take up to five days before being received by the City. Please make sure to use an authorized payment location when time matters.
