Please Note: The Double Rebate program ran from February 14, 2013 through April 30, 2013. Double Rebate applications must be received and all installations completed by June 14, 2013. If you made a qualifying purchase during that time period, please read the DOUBLE REBATE terms and conditions, a download and fill out the DOUBLE Rebate form (pdf) or the Regular Rebate Form (pdf), print and send (along with a copy of the receipt) to:
