Start of Summer Brings Cool Nighttime Movies to Community Centers
City to Kick Off Summer Movies Series This Saturday
June 21, 2018
Today marks the official start of summer. What better way to celebrate the long, hot days than cooling down with nighttime movies? Join the City of Tallahassee for its popular Summer Movie Series, which kicks off this Saturday, June 23. Designed with family fun in mind, the Summer Movie Series features popular, family-friendly movies that will be shown on select Saturdays throughout June, July and August at 7 p.m. in community centers around town.
To make the series even sweeter (and a tad saltier), free drinks and popcorn will be available, while supplies last. The Summer Movie Series is free of charge and open to the public.
Below is the 2018 Summer Movie Series lineup.
- "Spider-Man Homecoming" (PG-13) on June 23 at the Lawrence-Gregory Community Center, 1115 Dade Street
