How to Get Started: After making a qualified purchase and installation, download the rebate form for residential homes or for small businesses, complete the required information and send (along with a copy of the receipt):

Terms & Conditions
- Rebates are subject to change without notice and are subject to approval.
- Rebate up to $100 per thermostat will not exceed 100% of the purchase price, including taxes and installation (excluding shipping).
- Thermostat must be installed in a permanent residence or small business receiving City of Tallahassee electric service.
- Thermostat must be fully installed, operational, connected to the internet via Wi-Fi, and registered with the manufacturer prior to submitting a rebate application.
- Purchased new. Resale thermostats, new parts installed in an existing thermostat, or a smart thermostat that is leased, rebuilt, rented, received from insurance claims, received from a warranty, received with reward points or won as a prize do not qualify.
- The rebate application must be completed entirely for rebates to be paid.
- All rebate applications must be received within 90 days of the purchase date or installation date.
- Rebate will be issued as a credit to the Utility Account listed on the application form. Please allow 4-6 weeks for processing.
- Limit two per home or small business. Small Business customers please contact Thermostat@Talgov.com for help with submitting additional rebates.
