So Many Drugs, So Much Time

Investigators assigned to the Tallahassee Police Department’s Special Investigations Section received a tip regarding significant drug activity at 2005 South Martin Luther King Boulevard late last year. After verifying the information and acquiring additional details through several months of investigative efforts, probable cause for a search warrant was developed.
On March 9, 2018, investigators obtained and served a search warrant at 2005 South Martin Luther King Boulevard. During the search of the residence, investigators located approximately four (4) pounds of marijuana, cocaine, Lysergic Acid Diethylamide also known as LSD, twenty-eight (28) grams of cannabis wax, amphetamine pills also known as Adderall, three (3) handguns, and a large amount of U.S. currency. The drugs, firearms, and U.S. currency were seized and are being held as evidence in the pending case.
Neptune Jean-Mary was arrested at the time of the search warrant and was transported to the Leon County Detention Facility for processing. For additional details, the probable cause affidavit is attached to this release and has been redacted pursuant to Florida Statute 119.071(5)(a) and 119.071(2)(e). A photograph of the evidence seized during the service of the search warrant is also attached to this release.

Charges:
- Possession of Marijuana With Intent to Sell within 200 feet of a college pursuant to Florida Statute 893.13(1)(d)2.
- Possession of Cocaine pursuant to Florida Statute 893.13(6)(a).
- 3 counts-Possession of a controlled Substance Without a Prescription pursuant to Florida Statute 893.13(6)(a) for the LSD, Adderall, Cannabis Wax.
- Possession of Drug Paraphernalia pursuant to Florida Statute 893.147(1).
