The goal of the Land Use Element update is to align the land use and development plan with established community priorities, beginning with a comprehensive assessment and revision of the Land Use Element. This update is an opportunity to incorporate new community priorities, as well as address the other issues within the element. The project is a multi-year effort, and other elements of the Comprehensive Plan will be updated in the future.
The Comprehensive Plan is a dynamic document that can be amended on an annual basis. Learn more about this process and download the current Comprehensive Plan at Talgov.com or www.LeonCountyFL.gov/Planning.
