Tallahassee Police Department and Leon County Sheriff’s Serve Narcotic Search Warrants

The Tallahassee Police Department and the Leon County Sheriff's Office received information pertaining to drug sales occurring in the area of Springhill Road and Springsax Road. After further investigation, a total of three search warrants were served at 3184 Notre Dame Street (TPD's Special Investigations Unit), and 1208 Springsax Road Apartments B and C (LCSO's Narcotics Unit) on Wednesday, September 19, 2018. During the execution of the search warrant at 3184 Notre Dame Street, Cocaine, Cannabis, and Hydrocodone Pills were recovered from the residence. It was also discovered that the arrestee, Alvoid Morris, was keeping a dog confined in a small crate full of feces, failed to provide sufficient nourishment, and had failed to treat an injury to the dog's leg. During the search of the apartments on Springsax Road, LCSO detectives located cocaine, Hyrdocodone pills, Tramadol pills, and marijuana.
Alvoid Morris, Jonathan Williams, Kyshonda Williams, and Gregory Thomas have been transported and booked into the Leon County Detention Facility on charges from TPD and LCSO related the search warrants.

- Marijuana Possess With The Intent to Sell Manufacture Deliver pursuant to Florida Statute 893.13 (1)(a)(2)
- Conservation- Animals Torment Deprive Mutilate pursuant to Florida Statute 828.12(1)
