TPD Removes Patient From Lake

At approximately 8:03 p.m. TPD responded to the 4900 Block of Heritage Park Boulevard reference an abandoned vehicle. The responding officer later discovered a subject half submerged in Lake Lafayette. The patient was quickly removed from the lake and CPR was conducted until EMS arrived on scene. The patient was taken to a nearby hospital in critical condition. At this time foul play is not suspected.

This case is still an active investigation and TPD will provide updates when they are available.
