TPD Investigates Stabbing

The Tallahassee Police Department has arrested Quanell Miller in connection for the stabbing that occurred on August 14th. Mr. Miller was arrested on August 15, 2018 by members of the United States Marshals Service Fugitive Task Force and will be transported to the Leon County Dentition Facility.
The Tallahassee Police Department would like to thank all those who assisted the Violent Crimes Unit with this investigation.
For further details, the probable cause is attached to this release and has been redacted in accordance with Florida Statute 119.

- Quanell Vershon Miller, DOB: 05/30/1998
Charges:
- Aggravated Battery with a Deadly Weapon pursuant to Florida Statute 784.045 (1)(a)2
- Robbery with a Weapon pursuant to Florida Statute 812.13 (2)(b)
Original Release
At approximately 7:29am the Tallahassee Police Department responded to 1101 Thomasville Road reference a person walking in suffering from a stab wound. TPD and Emergency responders immediately provided medical attention to the victim, who was later transported to a local hospital with critical injuries.
The case has been assigned to Investigators with TPD's Violent Crimes Unit. At this time they are interviewing all known witnesses and reviewing evidence. Investigators are asking anyone with information about this case to please call them at (850) 891-4200 or Crime Stoppers at (850) 574-TIPS.
