Residential Customers
- Flat Electric Rate - This is the default plan where electricity is the same price 24/7 with no opportunity to benefit by using electricity during different times of the day. This plan is great for someone at home during the day on weekdays.
- Nights & Weekends Rate (optional) - This plan provides an opportunity to save with cheaper electric rates at night, on weekends and even on holidays. This is especially beneficial for customers with household members who are typically away from home during weekdays.
Commercial Customers
- Demand Billing - Demand charges allow a more accurate measurement and billing of the cost to provide service and can be beneficial for some businesses.
