As the largest provider of municipal services in the region, the City of Tallahassee is committed to ensuring the continuity of its services. Taking into consideration the health and well-being of the community and to help ease any potential immediate financial burden customers may experience as a result of COVID-19, the disconnection of utility services for non-payment including electric and water will halt for 60 days as of March 12. While billing for usage will continue, we are committed to ensuring the reliability of essential services to all of our residential and business customers.
